However, as a mom of two and registered nurse, I hope my experiences can help those who may be navigating motherhood, pregnancy, reclaiming your body and fitness after pregnancy.
I personally struggled after having my daughter. I had an extended “baby blues” period, pregnancy and postpartum anxiety, as well as 60 pounds of extra weight to lose after giving birth. The things I learned after giving birth to my daughter allowed me to approach my second pregnancy and postpartum period with my son differently. As a result, I did not have the same challenges after giving birth to my second baby.
